Most patients can return to work the day of their procedure or the day after. For patients whose jobs require heavy manual labor, Dr. Agullo recommends taking two or three days off.

You will need to come back for a follow-up one week after your procedure. This is necessary to ensure no complications develop. If you are not satisfied with the results of your penis enhancement, you must wait at least four weeks before undergoing further penis enlargement procedures.

Yes. Many of our patients travel from far away to undergo penis enlargement at our El Paso office. The procedure is minimally invasive, so most patients can drive, fly, or use any other form of transportation on the day of their procedure. The only exceptions are patients who choose sedation. Those patients may require someone else to drive them back to their home or hotel because it can be unsafe to drive themselves.

Penile enlargement can be combined with the P-Shot®, Scrotox, and/or testosterone replacement with pellets.

The P-Shot® consists of injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the penis to increase size, erection strength, and sexual drive. Scrotox consists of BOTOX® injections to the scrotum to smooth the skin and help the testicles descend so that they are more visible. Testosterone replacement using pellets increases vitality and sexual drive.

You will remain awake during the procedure unless you request additional sedation. This can be helpful for patients with significant anxiety.

You should not experience pain during your penis enlargement procedure. You may feel slight pressure during treatment but no significant discomfort. We use local anesthesia or nerve blockers to prevent any pain.

It is difficult to predict the effects of dermal injections because everyone starts with a slightly different penis size. Patients may also choose different amounts of filler to inject.
